Our Sea Adventure

It’s a cold winter night and you are in your bedroom, gazing out of the window.  You have always enjoyed staring at the sky..especially at night , watching the moon and the falling stars on a giant pin cushion.  Today, with the full moon, the sky is enchanting.Suddenly, silver strings start dripping like honey from the moon.  You blink again and again, because you think it’s just your imagination, but each time you open your eyes there are more and more strings, shiny silver strings, falling down from the moon!And then, at the very end, a beautiful wooden ship appears, like the ones the pirates used to have, with its huge shiny silk sails wide open! Can this be real? You open the window to see more clearly and still the ship is there, hanging from the moon by silver strings!You ran quickly to call your parents and show them what you’ve seen, but when you come back, the ship has disappeared.  You are so disappointed..You consider yourself silly for having thought, even for a moment, that what you saw was real.  Sad and tired, you turn off the lights and go to bed...In the morning a big surprise awaits you on your bedside table.  A little glass bottle with a message inside.  You open it and start reading...
